NZ Rowing

Our students were fortunate to experience a visit from NZ Rowing.

Rowing works on all the major muscle groups. It is one of those few exercises, which work on both the upper and lower body. Only a few exercises burn calories the way rowing machine does. Rowing machine is effective for weight loss as the exercise provides both strength training and cardio workout.

Our students all had an opportunity to race each other.. keeping track of their performance on the screen and that of their competitors.
Each class competed against each other and then the fastest competitors met in the final for one last race.
Well done to all students for taking part!
